Installing the AI Security Module

The AI Security module is delivered as three complementary components.

Package Contents

Component	Purpose
Utility	Deploys the module's index templates, index patterns, and lookups
Data collection configurations	Configurations for collecting AI agent data and Claude Code and Codex permissions
Content module	Dashboards, threat detection jobs, runtime indexes, tags, and an ISM policy

Installation Steps

1. Install the content module - import the ai_security.zip content module containing dashboards, jobs, indexes, an ISM policy, and tags
2. Install the utility - deploy objects not included in the content module by using the ai_security_ko_maker utility
3. Configure data collection - deploy agent data collection configurations

Configuring Data Collection

Deploying AI Security data collection configurations with Smart Beat Manager and Logstash to collect AI agent permissions and GPU metrics.

Installing the Content Module

Importing the AI Security content module through Content Management in Smart Monitor.
