Metric
Description
A metric allows tracking important service indicators based on collected data and using them to evaluate service states in the future.
Purpose
A metric allows you to:
- track service indicators (both numerical and categorical)
- track service indicators with breakdown by service objects
- conduct analysis of changes in individual service indicators
- conduct fine-tuning of correspondence between indicator values and metric state
- conduct fine-tuning of the influence of individual metric states on service state
