Viewing and Searching Incidents
Incidents Table
The central part of the module dashboard displays a list of incidents according to the selected time interval in the time filter and the values specified in the search filter. The upper part of the module dashboard displays a panel containing incident count statistics. Statistics are displayed for the time interval specified in the time filter.

Basic Fields
Each incident description contains the following basic fields:
- date and time – date and time of the incident occurrence
- severity – incident severity level. Displayed as a colored circular icon
- incident – incident title (brief description)
- status – current incident status
- assignee – employee responsible for incident resolution
Severity levels can take the following values:
- red – critical
- yellow – warning
- green – informational
Incident status can take the following values:
- new — new incident received by the Incident Manager, work on the incident has not started
- in progress — incident has been taken into work
- verification — approval process for work required to resolve the incident is ongoing / approval process for the possibility of closing the incident after its resolution is ongoing
- rejected — incident is postponed until the reason for rejection is resolved
- closed — work on incident resolution is completed, incident is closed upon approval
Incident Details
To view the detailed incident description, click the expand icon to the left of the incident date and time of occurrence.
The detailed incident description displays, in addition to the title, severity, status, and assignee:
- description — more detailed incident description
- additional fields — fields associated with the incident
- incident details — main incident information
- history — history of status changes for the incident
Incident Sorting
To sort the list alphabetically, click the column header by which sorting should be performed. The column by which sorting is performed is marked with an arrow icon.
Search Filter
Below the incident statistics panel, a search filter is displayed for basic incident fields: severity, status, assignee. To search by a value in one of the incident fields, enter the desired value in the search field and press the Enter key. For example, to search for all incidents that occurred on the computer ARM01, enter the value ARM01 in the search field.

Под панелью статистики инцидентов отображается фильтр поиска по базовым полям инцидента: критичность, статус, ответственный. Для поиска по значению одного из полей инцидента, введите в поле поиска необходимое значение и нажмите клавишу Enter. Например, для поиска всех инцидентов, произошедших на компьютере ARM01, введите в поле поиска значение ARM01.
Search is possible by values contained in all incident fields.
To filter incidents by severity, status, or assignee, select the appropriate filter category and choose the desired value from the dropdown menu.
The value applied as a filtering criterion is automatically marked with the corresponding icon. If necessary, you can select multiple values from different categories — severity, status, assignee. The filter will be applied simultaneously across all criteria. The categories by which filtering is performed will remain highlighted.
